Do I need an account to place an order? No, creating an account is optional. You may place an order as a guest by providing basic details such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
How do I place an order? Browse the VELORAA collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? VELORAA accepts secure payments through major credit and debit cards and other trusted payment gateways available at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? Currently, VELORAA ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does delivery take?

What is the order cut-off time? Orders placed before 5pm (GMT-8:00) on business days are processed the same day.
Do you charge for shipping? Yes, a flat shipping fee of $5 USD applies to all U.S. orders and is automatically calculated at checkout.
Order Changes & Issues
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, contact support@veloraa.us immediately.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Please contact support@veloraa.us as soon as possible. Address updates can only be made before shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? VELORAA accepts returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging. To start a return, email support@veloraa.us with your order number.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is due to a VELORAA error (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we cover the return shipping. For returns based on customer preference, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Delivery Problems
What if my package is delayed or lost? If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact support@veloraa.us. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
